Ownership on delivery

Once a produced asset (image, video, or brand-identity file) is delivered and invoiced under your plan, you own full commercial usage rights to that specific asset for your brand's marketing, advertising, and commerce use — paid social, organic social, your website, print, packaging, and marketplace listings.

What's included

• Unlimited use of delivered assets across your own paid and organic channels
• No per-impression, per-view, or per-platform royalties
• Right to edit, crop, and re-cut delivered video/image assets for different formats

What's not included

• Reselling raw, unedited Dreviq output as a standalone product or stock asset
• Sublicensing delivered assets to an unrelated third-party brand
• Claiming sole authorship of the underlying AI models/pipeline itself — the engine and process remain Dreviq Studio's own IP

Synthetic talent & likeness

Synthetic UGC spokespeople used in your campaigns are AI-generated, not real people, and are provided under the same commercial license as any other delivered asset for your brand's use.
